XC18V01SO20I Overview


FPGA uses a nice 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package that makes FPGA easy to use.External packaging for the Tube series.-40°C~85°C license holder.In System Programmable is the program that allows it to be programmed.This device is fed with a voltage of 3V~3.6V which is applied to it.There is a memory device mounted in Surface Mount position for this device.Look for "XC18V01" for other related parts.The supply voltage of the device must be 3.3V in order to operate correctly.There are different functions that can be applied on the 20 axis when it comes to terminating.As long as the maximum voltage of the memory device is 3.6V, then the memory device can be used.FPGA is imperative that the voltage of the device supply is at least 3V if the device is to work properly.An example of a CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip can be seen in the picture below.The reflow soldering process should be done at a temperature no higher than 225.The 20 pins are on the board.By using PARALLEL/SERIAL-processing, data can be transmitted through this memory in a secure manner.As part of the package, the part comes with a set of 20 pins.I think it's important to point out that this is a memory IC that has a 33MHz frequency that can be operated at.Prior to the use of the part in a circuit, it is recommended that users apply the 3.3V to the part so that the part will run as safely and reliably as possible.
