We guarantee a refund or reshipment if your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery window.

Exceptions (refunds/reshipments not applicable):

  • ○ Customs clearance failure due to customer-related issues

Note: Delays caused by extreme weather, customs, postal service disruptions, or local protests are outside our control. While we cannot guarantee on-time delivery in these cases, we will do our best to support you.

• Missing items in shipment:

Please ensure all boxes in your order have arrived. Fully unpack each box, as small items can get trapped in packaging material. If parts are still missing:

  • ○ Email our support team with a description of the missing item(s) and clear photos of the entire parcel and contents.
  • ○ We will review our warehouse's monitoring and packing records to resolve the issue.

Return Policy

365 Days

Returns are generally accepted within 365 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

Conditions for Return:

  • The item was originally purchased from AIChipLink (no substitutions from other sources).
  • Products must be in original packaging and unused (unless defective).
  • ESD-sensitive or moisture-sensitive products must remain sealed unless opened under controlled conditions.

Special Cases:

  • For returns citing non-original, counterfeit, or quality issues, a third-party quality report from an authorized organization recognized by AIChipLink is required.

Fees & Shipping:

  • Return shipping must be prepaid by the customer — COD shipments will not be accepted.
  • If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., incorrect purchase), all customs duties and related charges are the customer's responsibility.
