SY54020ARMG Overview


It is available in the case 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad, 16-MLF® for this cut smart buffer. It is available in the case Tube. There is a maximum value of 3.2GHz for normal operation. Consequently, it will be mounted by Surface Mount. There is a classification of Fanout Buffer (Distribution) for this electronic part. The temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C to ensure reliable performance. This circuit clock should be able to operate on a power supply of 2.375V~2.625V volts. It's in the way of Surface Mount. There is an output of CML. The 16 pins are utilized for operation. There is a family of objects known as the SY54020. At a minimum working temperature of -40°C, it maintains reliable operation. When the maximum operating temperature is set to 85°C, stable operation is ensured. As a default, it is set to output 8 by default. A component of the Precision Edge® series can be found in this electrical part. There is a maximum supply voltage of 2.625VV that can be handled by this clock divider. As low as possible, the voltage source of the clock divider can be 2.375V. The supply voltage should be kept at 2.5V in order to obtain maximum efficiency. The clock divider consumes 84mA quiescent current and does not react to external factors. It is possible to access 1 channels at this time.
