PI3C3245QEX Overview

In order to save board space, digital switch is located in the 20-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width).Tape & Reel (TR) is the packaging method.Digital switch ic uses a Surface Mount mounting method.the multiplexers uses an analog IC Bus Switch.When the operating temperature is kept at -40°C~85°C, turn signal switch will not be susceptible to external factors.When operated with a 2.3V~3.6V supply voltage, digital controlled switch provides digital controlled switch's superior flexibility for designers.The basic configuration includes 20 terminations.The base part number is PI3C3245, which can also be used to find its logic switch related parts.The multiplexer's system is powered by 3.3V voltage.As the end of conductors, it uses GULL WING.Single is used as its supply type.With 20 pins, it is configured.Surface Mount is the way it is mounted.The logic switch belongs to the family of CB3Q/3VH/3C/2B.Signal multiplexer provides 8 bits.In order to prevent unnecessary failures, it is recommended that the minimal supply voltage (Vsup) be kept at 2.97V.It is advisable to keep the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) at 3.63V so as to avoid some unnecessary failures.In the absence of external influences, it consumes 500?A current of multiplexer ic.With a resistance of 0, it operates.With a resistance of 8Ohm, it operates.
