STR715FR0T6 Description

ARM-powered 32-bit microcontrollers with integrated Flash and RAM are part of the STR715FR0T6 series. It includes a powerful ARM7TDMI CPU together with a wide variety of peripheral features and improved I/O capabilities. High-speed RAM and single-voltage FLASH memory are both built into STR71xF devices. Although STR710R devices lack internal Flash, they do feature fast RAM. The STR71x family is compatible with all ARM tools and software because it features an embedded ARM core.
