SN74LV07ANSRG4 Overview


There is a neat SOP package used in buffer. A Tape and Reel external packaging is used for this buffer. A total of 6 elements are used. 14 terminations with different functions are available on this transceiver. An input voltage of 2.5V is required. LV/LV-A/LVX/H family part. With the electrical part, 14 pins are set. Surface Mount applications are suitable for it. There are 14 pins on digital buffer. For each element, there are 1 bits. In particular, automotive buffer is a type of Gates. When the electronic component is quiescent, it uses 20?A. Power supplies with a 3.3V volt rating are recommended. As low as -40°C can be tolerated by it. You shouldn't let the amibient temperature get higher than 125°C when using this buffer. It outputs 16mA when it is in low-level mode, which is the default. There is a possibility of the electronic component conducting -2?A of current when it is in high-level output mode. It is recommended that the voltage used to run this electrical component is at least 2V. It is rated for a maximum supply voltage of 5.5V.
