SC2596SETRT Overview


As a whole, it supports 1 outputs. For ease of transportation, alternator regulator is packaged in 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad. The power regulator is ready for shipment in Tape & Reel (TR). There is a general voltage output of 0.9V 1.25V from this power supply regulator. Surface Mount Universal mount that facilitates easy adaptation. Applications targeting this shunt regulator include LDO (Linear), DDR and others. In order to avoid malfunctions, the operating temperature should be set to -40°C~105°C. The external regulator is designed to operate at a voltage of 2.3V~5.5V. In order to mount it on PCBs or other boards, it has a Surface Mount. The power regulators with 8 pins are available.
