TS30013-M050QFNR Overview


It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There are 16 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Fixed output generated. Surface Mount-mount switching regulator. -40°C~125°C TJ should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 1MHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 4.5V as an input voltage. DC DC switching regulator's 3A output current allows for maximum design flexibility. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 18V. With its peak reflow temperature of 260, this voltage regulator is essentially indestructible. To meet the operation requirements, voltage regulator is designed to provide 12V as the nominal input voltage. In this case, the DC/DC regulator belongs to the family TS30013. Voltage can be produced at 5V volts by voltage regulator. In order to use this voltage regulator 12v at its full potential, the output voltage should be kept at at least 5V. Switching regulators with ALSO OPERATES IN PFM CONTROL TECHNIQUE features are highly efficient and stable.
