PI74FCT16244ATAEX Overview

Using a TSSOP package makes it very easy to use. As you can see, this voltage buffer is packaged externally in the Tape & Reel package. Transceiver utilizes all 4 elements. A total of Surface Mount applications can be accommodated by logical driver. A total of 48 pins are present on digital buffer. For each element, 4 bits are used. During quiescence, the electronic part uses 100nA. Users should apply 5V to the electronic part to ensure safe and stable operation in a circuit. Under a temperature of -40°C, buffers can operate. Ambient temperatures should not exceed 85°C. When it is set to low-level output, voltage buffer outputs 32mA. It is possible for the electronic part to conduct 64mA of current when operating on high-level output mode. There should be a voltage at least of 4.5V used to run this buffer. As far as maximum supply voltage is concerned, it is rated at 5.5V. With the help of this logical driver, you can output up to 16 signals simultaneously. Its 16-line input capabilities make it more cost-effective for signal transmission.
