MMPF0100F9ANES Description


MMPF0100F9ANES is a type of 14-channel configurable power management integrated circuit (PMIC) developed by NXP Semiconductors / Freescale. It is characterized by a highly programmable/ configurable architecture with fully integrated power devices and minimal external components. It is combined with up to six buck converters, six linear regulators, an RTC supply, and a coin-cell charger so that a complete system can be powered by it. Several pre-programmed standard versions are available based on its on-chip one-time programmable (OTP) memory.
