For greater flexibility, the 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm), 6 Leads package is adopted.A package of Tube has been used.This configuration includes 2 drivers.The device is mounted in the direction of Through Hole.A supply voltage of 4.5V~35V demonstrates its superiority.IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~125°C TA.The input type is Non-Inverting.The device is mounted using Through Hole.The pins are configured with 8 when designing the chip.4A is the maximum output current.Based on its basis, it integrates 2 outputs.An output current of 4A is supported.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a temperature of 125°C.Operating temperatures can be as low as -40°C.For operation, 35V is the maximum supply voltage.For operation, 4.5V is the minimum supply voltage.The supply voltage is 10?A.For operation, mosfet gate drivers has 2 channels.
