BD95831MUV-E2 Overview
It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There are 16 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable output generated. Surface Mount-mount switching regulator. -20°C~100°C TA should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 500kHz~800kHz. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.8V. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 15V. To meet the operation requirements, voltage regulator is designed to provide 12V as the nominal input voltage. Voltage can be produced at 5.5V volts by voltage regulator. In order to use this voltage regulator 12v at its full potential, the output voltage should be kept at at least 800mV. A maximum output current of 3A A is available to meet the switching regulator operation requirements. The maximum voltage of voltage regulator 12v DC DC switching regulator can produce is 5.5V, which is the highest available. Known as a switching DC-DC regulator, this voltage regulator belongs to the H³® family. An input voltage of 15V is used to operate this harley voltage regulator. By requiring a minimum voltage of 7.5VV, adjusting voltage regulator reliable performance is guaranteed.
