HI-3000PSHF Overview

Due to the enhanced 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, this driver IC is excellent for driving common LEDs.Tube package is used for this receiver.Several solutions have used this Transceiver can transceiver in a variety of applications due to its Transceiver IC nature.PCBs or development boards with Surface Mount-types can accommodate this wide receiver.A power supply of ±5V is used by this differential driver.Up to 1/1 receivers/drivers can be installed simultaneously on this electronic part.For applications where the operating temperature is -55°C~175°C, this ic receiver was designed primarily.With a voltage range of 5V, this driver IC can operate efficiently.In order to drive and receive signals from data, this wide receiver has 8 terminations integrated.A dramatic reduction in package size is achieved through optical transceiver downsizing and high-density Surface Mount mounting technologies.
