CD4050BCMX Overview
There is a neat 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package used in buffer. A Tape & Reel (TR) external packaging is used for this buffer. The external packaging used in this logic IC is the Surface Mount external packaging. This is a typical Buffer, Non-Inverting logic integrated circuit with a wide range of applications. There's a 3V~15V supply voltage for this logic IC. This automotive buffer is capable of working through -55°C~125°C TA. This buffer IC has a 12mA 40mA high and low logic state output current. There are Push-Pull outputs that digital buffer can handle. A total of 6 elements are used. 4000B series devices are included in this network transceiver. Surface Mount applications are suitable for it. There are 16 pins on digital buffer. For each element, there are 1 bits. For other related electronic components, you can search 4050.
