For packaging, it is used with Tape & Reel (TR).A cost-saving measure, H bridge is included in TO-263-8, D2Pak (7 Leads + Tab), TO-263CA.Bridge driver is possible to improve the reliabilbridge drivery of 4.5V~28V by increasing the supply voltage.In Surface Mount, H bridge circuit is mounted.-40°C~150°C TJ can work normally at motor driver H bridges operating temperature.A number of applications can be made use of H bridge motor driver, including DC Motors, General Purpose.The board is mounted using Surface Mount.The BTN7963 base H bridge ic number is the key to finding more related H bridge ics.This is an electronic H-bridge that belongs to the NovalithIC™ series.A power source can supply a maximum load current of 90A when the ambient temperature is specified.In order to maintain a high level of efficiency, the operating supply voltage is maintained at 18V.As a result of excessive costs, 150°C is the maximum operating temperature that can be tolerated.For reasons of cost minimization, the acceptable minimum operating temperature is -40°C.
