ADG509ATQ Overview
Shipping overseas is convenient with the electronic component packed in 16-CDIP (0.300, 7.62mm). High reliability is provided by advanced packaging method Tube. In Through Hole, this analog switch is mounted. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a ratio of 4:1. Temperatures around -55°C~125°C TA are extended for operation. Total terminations are 16. High-quality output is provided by the electronic component's 8 channels. If the voltage supply is 15V volts, the electrical component should be turned on and run. The electronic part body is injected with 16 pins. A SP4T switching circuit is used to build these analog multiplexers. There are 2 circuits in this multiplexer. Try searching with ADG509 if you're looking for variants. There is 450Ohm internal resistance in this digital multiplexer. For functions related to 16 pins, please refer to the datasheets. Theswitch device is a typical Multiplexer or Switches. A voltage higher than 16.5V should not normally be supplied to the switches. 10.8V should be the lowest voltage fed to the electronic component. For this multiplexer to operate, 600μA current would be sufficient. If put voltage greater than 16.5V on the multiplexer, damage may be caused to the device. If you are using dual power supplies, you should attach at least 10.8V. It is integrated with DIFFERENTIAL MULTIPLEXER analog ICs.
