AD9516-1BCPZ Overview


As a clock IC, it uses the Tray package. 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP contains this Clock PLL. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 64 terminations. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3.3V is required. This Clock PLL will be fed by Clock as its input. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. Providing a maximum frequency of 2.95GHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 3.465V of power. There are 3.135V~3.465V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C.
