A3P015-QNG68 Overview


A QFN package contains it, and it is available for download. There are FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY transistors in this type of FPGA. Its 49 I/Os help it transfer data more efficiently. Power is provided by a 1.5V-volt supply. An FPGA part from the Field Programmable Gate Arrays family. During the installation of this device, 49 outputs were incorporated. Providing the FPGA is mounted in Surface Mount as per the specifications of the IC, then it should work perfectly according to its specifications. Power is supplied to the device by a 1.51.5/3.3V battery. A maximum operating temperature of 70°C can be reached by this module. Over 0°C should be the operating temperature. 15000 gates make up the basic block of its construction. In order to make the architecture work, 384 CLBs are used. As most of the logic cells for the building blocks are 384 logic cells, it incorporates a lot of logic. With this FPGA, the maximum frequency reaches a maximum of 350MHz. During operation, it uses 2mA of supply current. In order to keep this FPGA from malfunctioning, the supply voltage should be greater than 1.425V.
