For greater flexibility, the 28-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package is adopted.A package of Tape & Reel (TR) has been used.This configuration includes 6 drivers.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.A supply voltage of 10V~17.5V demonstrates its superiority.IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~125°C TJ.The input type is Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver consists of 28 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.The device is mounted using Surface Mount.The pins are configured with 28 when designing the chip.The device is specifically designed to operate at 15V volts.240mA is the maximum output current.There are 28 component pins on the board.There can be a voltage up to 620V on the high-side (Bootstrap).An output current of 375mA is supported.1.3W dissipates maximum power without overheating, showing its maximum capability to transfer and conduct power loss.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended to keep the supply current at 1.5mA to ensure greater stabilMosfet gate driversy.With its power supplies of 15V, it solves the power supply problems for diverse applications.The gate driver belongs to the EiceDriver™ series.
