XC2S400E-6FG456I Overview


There are two packages that contain fpga chips: FBGA package and X package. The FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY-series of FPGAs are composed of this type. The supply voltage is 1.8V volts. In this case, the FPGA part belongs to the Field Programmable Gate Arrays family. This device is equipped with 410 separate outputs, which makes it a very versatile device. In total, it has 456 terminations on each end. This FPGA module has a RAM si20kBe of 20kB that is sufficient to make sure that the program is able to run normally. The 1.8V supply voltage provides designers with full flexibility in their designs. During its maximal operating temperature, this module reaches 100°C. In order to achieve -40°C, the operating temperature must be higher than -40°C. This device has a pin count of 456 in fpga semiconductor. It usually uses a crystal oscillating at a frequency of 357MHz in order to do its work. A CLB is a basic module that determines the architecture of a system. For the building block, it encompasses 10800 logic cells that make up the logic circuit. The MAXIMUM USABLE GATES = 150000 feature is also characteristic of fpga circuit. The FPGA implements the design by using 52000 equivalent gates in order to achieve the desired result.
