UC3178QP Overview

A 28-LCC (J-Lead) case is used to package the op amp. Power-type instrumentation amplifiers are used in this application. The case in which buffer amplifier is delivered is called a Tube case. It is estimated that there will be 28 terminations in the next few months. There are a total of 28 pins on this op amp.
