TPS76701QDRG4 Description
TPS76701QDRG4 is a type of 1-A low-dropout linear regulator able to deliver high performance at a reasonable cost due to a fast transient response and being stable with 10 ?F low ESR capacitors. The dropout voltage is very low and is directly proportional to the output current because it works as a low-value resistor. The quiescent current is very low and independent of output loading as a result that the PMOS pass element is a voltage-driven device. These two characteristics ensure a significant improvement in operating life for battery-powered systems.
