EL7640ILTZ-T13 Overview


Various functions terminate at 32.The reference voltage is coupled with an analog IC SWITCHING REGULATOR.In this case, it is sufficient to generate 1 outputs.There are 32 pins on the voltage reference ic.The temperature should be kept below 260 during the reflow soldering procedure.The voltage reference ic is settled with 32 pins.The voltage reference circuit can be used in a variety of applications as a type of Power Management Circuits.Surface Mount applications are appropriate for the voltage reference.The ambient temperature should not exceed 85°C.Temperatures as low as -40°C degrees Celsius are -40°C problem for it.The output voltage is 20V.A 3/5V power supply is recommended.
