TPS51220RHBTG4 Description


TPS51220RHBTG4 is a type of dual synchronous buck regulator controller with 2 LDOs, which supports high efficiency, fast transient response, and 99% duty cycle operation. It is optimized for a 5V/3.3V system controller, enabling designers to cost-effectively complete 2-cell to 4-cell notebook system power supply. Stability operation with a lower ESR capacitor and output accuracy can be ensured based on peak current mode. The fast transient response can be ensured based on the D-CAP mode. With high duty (99%) operation and wide input/output voltage ranges, the TPS51220RHBTG4 is able to support flexible design for small mobile PCs and a wide variety of other applications.
