TLVH431BCPKG3 Overview


A handy package called TO-243 is used.It is used as a voltage reference and is controlled by Adjustable, Shunt.The handy Tape & Reel (TR) variable is used in this program.The 3 terminations have a variety of functions.A precise voltage reference must have a tolerance of 0.5%.The reference voltage is coupled to an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.On the basis of the test statistics, 1.24V voltage is output.The output of 1 is sufficient.3 pins are included in the voltage reference ic.Temperatures should not rise above 260 during reflow soldering.The voltage reference ic has 3 pins that are settled.Devices of type Voltage References are used in a wide variety of applications.70mA input applications can use the reference voltage.In this case, you cannot expect the voltage reference ic to output more current than 80mA.High-quality communication can be achieved through 1 channels.A maximum voltage of 18V is generated by it.Generally, the cathode current should be 100?A.Since the voltage reference ic has a maximum input voltage of 20V, users should limit their voltage accordingly.Temperatures above 70°C are not recommended for operation.The unit can operate at temperatures as low as 0°C.A voltage of 18V is output.
