TL751M08CKTGR Description


TL751M08CKTGR belongs to the family of low-dropout positive voltage regulators intended primarily for battery-powered systems. With onboard overvoltage and current-limiting protection circuitry, the device and the regulated system are protected. Based on the extremely low quiescent current, even during full-load conditions, it is able to provide optimum performance for standby power systems. Its enable (ENABLE) input gives the designer complete control over power-up, allowing sequential power-up or emergency shutdown.
