TL750L08QD Description


Options for the fixed-output voltage regulators TL750L08QD include 5-V, 8-V, 10-V, and 12-V. There is also an enable (ENABLE) input on the TL750L08QD. The regulator output is set to a high-impedance condition when ENABLE is high. As a result, the designer has total control over emergency shutdown, power down, and power up. A low-dropout positive voltage regulator especially created for battery-powered devices is the TL750L08QD. To protect the devices and the regulated system, these devices have internal reverse-battery protection circuitry, overvoltage and current-limiting protection circuitry, and both. The series is completely protected from reverse-battery and 60-V load-dump circumstances.
