Using a 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package makes it very easy to use. As you can see, this voltage buffer is packaged externally in the Cut Tape (CT) package. In addition to this, this digital buffer can also be mounted on the Surface Mount mount. In this case, we have a typical Transceiver, Non-Inverting logic integrated circuit that has a wide range of applications. There is a 2V~5.5V supply voltage applied to this network transceiver during the manufacturing process. The logical driver is qualified for operation at -40°C~85°C TA. Buffer IC has 8mA 8mA logic state output currents in high and low logic states. In total, bus transceiver can handle 3-State outputs. Transceiver utilizes all 1 elements. Network transceivers in the TC74VHC series include this one. There are 20 terminations on this ethernet transceiver, all of which perform different functions. 5V is required for its operation. This electronic part is a member of the AHC/VHC/H/U/V family. With 2 ports, this logic device is enhanced. For each element, 8 bits are used. It is essential that a minimum voltage of 2V is used to supply the bus transceiver.
