TC74HC244AF(EL,F) Overview

Using a 20-SOIC (0.209, 5.30mm Width) package makes it very easy to use. As you can see, this voltage buffer is packaged externally in the Cut Tape (CT) package. In addition to this, this digital buffer can also be mounted on the Surface Mount mount. In this case, we have a typical Buffer, Non-Inverting logic integrated circuit that has a wide range of applications. There is a 2V~6V supply voltage applied to this network transceiver during the manufacturing process. The logical driver is qualified for operation at -40°C~85°C TA. Buffer IC has 7.8mA 7.8mA logic state output currents in high and low logic states. In total, bus transceiver can handle 3-State outputs. Transceiver utilizes all 2 elements. Network transceivers in the TC74HC series include this one. There are 20 terminations on this ethernet transceiver, all of which perform different functions. A total of Surface Mount applications can be accommodated by logical driver. A total of 20 pins are present on digital buffer. For each element, 4 bits are used. The type of Bus Driver/Transceivers buffer is is specifically Bus Driver/Transceivers. During quiescence, the electronic part uses 4μA. TAPE AND REEL packages are generally sold. A total of 8 outputs can be made with this amount. Using ENABLE LOW control technology, the voltage buffer begins to operate.
