The STP7NK80Z is an N-channel 800 V, 1.5 ?, 5.2 A, TO-220, TO-220FP, D2PAK, I2PAK Zener-protected SuperMESH? Power MOSFET. Extreme improvement of ST's well-known strip-based PowerMESH^TM arrangement yields the SuperMESH^TM family. A very good dv/dt capability is ensured for the most demanding applications, together with drastically reducing on-resistance. Such a series completes ST's whole line of high voltage Power MOSFETs, including their ground-breaking MDmesh^TM goods.
