STOD13AMTPUR Description


STOD13AMTPUR is a type of 250 mA dual DC-DC converter specifically designed for powering AMOLED displays. Based on a step-up and an inverting DC-DC converter, it is well suited for battery-operated applications where overall system efficiency is critically significant. It can ensure minimal value and size of external components due to high frequency. The current consumption can be reduced to less than 1 ?a because the device can be turned off by the enable pin.
