STM300C Overview

The RF Transceiver' mounting method adopted is Surface Mount.As a Transceiver RF's maximum value, 4.5V is acceptable.It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Cut Tape (CT) package.-25°C~85°C should be the operating temperature when Transceiver is operating.This RF Transceiver Module belongs to the Scavenger family.It is possible for the RF Transceiver to supply voltages of 2.1V~4.5V.There is 315MHz frequency set for the RF Transceiver Module.Many applications make use of this Transceiver , which has Surface Mount mounted.
