STG3684AQTR Overview

Packed in 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad, the electronic component is convenient for shipping overseas. Advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used to provide high reliability. This analog switch is mounted in Surface Mount. The ratio between the number of multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits is 2:1. Extended operating temperature around -40°C~85°C TA. There are 16 terminations totally. By its 1 channels, the electronic component provides high-quality output. With a 2.3V voltage supply, the electrical component should be turned on and run. 16 pins are injected to the electronic part body. These analog multiplexers are built based on SPDT switching circuits. This multiplexer is composed of 2 circuits. If you are looking for variants of the digital switch, trying search with STG3684. This digital multiplexer has 45mOhm internal resistance. Please refer to the datasheets for 16 pins functions. This switch device is a typical Multiplexer or Switches. Draining from a single voltage supply, this analog switch requires a voltage of 1.65V~4.3V. If put voltage greater than 50nA on the device, damage may be caused to the analogue multiplexer. This analog switch ic utilizes SEPARATE OUTPUT output.
