ST1S40IPUR Overview


optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package in this voltage regulator. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 8 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. The space-saving 8-VDFN Exposed Pad package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~150°C TJ. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 850kHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4V. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.8V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 3A output current of voltage regulator. In terms of category, this voltage regulator 12v falls into the Switching Regulator or Controllers category. In the particular voltage regulators, the ST1S40 family is represented. A voltage of 18V volts can be generated by DC DC switching regulator. There are 8 pins used for switching regulator operation. For this switching regulator, we recommend keeping the output voltage at at least 800mV volts. A 4A A maximum output current is required to meet the switching regulator operation requirements. With a maximum output voltage of 18V, DC DC switching regulator has a very high efficiency. With 18V as the supply voltage, this DC-DC switching regulator will operate.
