During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -30°C~85°C TJ. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 1.5MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4.2V. There is a maximum input voltage of 6V for this voltage regulator 12v.
