SN74LS628DRG4 Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tape and Reel method. The SOIC package includes this clock generator. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. In it, there are 14 terminations to be found. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 5V. Microprocessors are specifically designed to use this clock-generating IC, which has a 14-bit output. PF synthesizers is equipped with 14 pins. Electronic frequency generator can operate at low temperatures and can perform 0°C operations at a time. The RF synthesizer can still operate at 70°C with attenuated performance. PLL clock can handle a voltage of 5V as its supply voltage. A search for the LS family will yield similar electronic components. This clock generator cannot be powered by voltages higher than 5.25V. Its lowest supply voltage is 4.75V. Electronic frequency generator is mainly used for constructing LOGIC CIRCUIT logic circuits. When operated at 25MHz, frequency synthesizer achieves high efficiency. For the time clock generator to operate properly, 20mA of supply current are required. As a result, the load capacitance of this PLL is 45pF.
