MC34268DR2 Overview

A total of 1outputs are supported by this voltage regulator. The rectifier regulator is packaged in 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) to facilitate transportation. We are ready to ship in Tape & Reel (TR) packages. An output voltage of 2.85V is provided by this power supply regulator. For easy adaptability, there is a universal mount Surface Mount. There are a number of applications targeted at Converter, SCSI-2. As a precaution, it is recommended to set the operating temperature to 0°C~125°C to prevent malfunctions. This external regulator requires a voltage input of 15V. There are 8terminals on the voltage regulator. Pinouts for the rectifier regulator begin at 8. As the power regulator is supplied with a voltage of 4.25V, it can perform a wide range of demanding tasks. It uses a BUS TERMINATOR SUPPORT CIRCUITIC to interface with the rectifier regulator.
