SN54ALS645AJ Overview

The CDIP package is neat. In order to package this voltage buffer, the Rail/Tube external package is used. We use all 1 elements. The ethernet transceiver has 20 terminations with different functions. There is a voltage requirement of 5V. Electronic parts from the ALS family are used in this part. A total of 20 pins are included with the electric component. This logical driver can be used in Through Hole different applications. The pin count is 20. 2 ports are included in this logic device. Use a 5V power supply if possible. When running the electronic part in a circuit, it is recommended that users apply 5V supply voltage. There is a 5.5V maximum supply voltage rating on it. Under COMMON CONTROL control, the logical driver starts up.
