The MK22FN1M0AVLQ12 is a 120 MHz ARM? Cortex?-M4-based Microcontroller with FPU. The K22 product family members are designed for low-power, USB connectivity, efficient processing with floating point units, and cost-sensitive applications. It is scalable and has all the capabilities of the Kinetis family. This item provides:

  • Flash memory with a maximum capacity of 1 MB and 128 KB of SRAM

  • Miniaturized device with high memory density

  • Reduce energy usage to 279 ?A/MHz. With full state retention and a 5-second awakening, static power consumption is as low as 5.1 ?A. Down to 268 nA in the lowest static mode

  • Embedded 3.3 V, 120 mA LDO voltage regulator in USB LS/FS OTG 2.0
