SIM6813M Overview


Tube is used to package H bridge.As a cost-saving measure, H bridge is included in the 40-DIP (0.657, 16.70mm), 29 Leads package.Reliabilbridge drivery can be improved by increasing 13.5V~16.5V's supply voltage.Through Hole is mounted on H bridge circuit.-20°C~100°C TA is able to function normally at motor driver H bridges operating temperature.There are a variety of applications for H bridge motor driver, including AC Motors.In order to mount H gate on the PCB, Through Hole is used.In addH gateion to Bootstrap Circuit, H gate has the following specific characteristics.40 terminations are used to terminate transmission lines with H bridges that match their characteristic impedance.As H bridge ic of a signal interface, 40 pins are used as pronged contacts.The H bridge operates at a voltage of 15V.The analog IC type of this H bridge is AC MOTOR CONTROLLER.At a specified ambient temperature, the maximum load current that the power supply can provide is 4.5A.When the output reaches 4.5A, a maximum current is reached.
