SCY1751FCCT1G Overview


For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In this voltage regulator, there are 28 terminations. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHED CAPACITOR CONVERTER. As a result of the NOT SPECIFIED peak reflow temperature, this regulator is essentially indestructible. As a result of DC DC switching regulator's design, it is designed to provide an input voltage of 10V for the purposes of operation. There should be no temperature above or below 85°C at which the DC DC switching regulator's maximum operating temperature can be reached. DC DC switching regulator's operating temperatures should exceed -40°C at all times. Using the maximum switching frequency of 860kHz, this harley voltage regulator operates at its maximum efficiency.
