SCM1241M Overview

In this package, Tube is used.In order to save costs, H bridge is included in the 33-PowerDIP (1.307, 33.20mm) package.Bridge driver is possible to ensure improved reliabilbridge drivery by varying the supply voltage of 13.5V~16.5V.H bridge circuit is mounted in the way of Through Hole.Motor driver H bridge works normally at 125°C TJ's operating temperature.AC Motors is pretty useful in a variety of applications.On PCBs, Through Hole mounts H gate.Among full bridges specific characteristics is Auto Restart, Bootstrap Circuit.Transmission lines are terminated with 33 terminations with the H bridge that matches their characteristic impedance.Signal interfaces use 33 pins as pronged contacts.There is a voltage supply of 15V that is used to operate H bridge circuit.As its analog IC type, H bridge circuit has been incorporated with AC MOTOR CONTROLLER.The maximum load current a power supply can provide at a specified ambient temperature is 20A.
