SCG4500-155.52M Overview


As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tube method. This clock generator is embedded in the 18-SMD Module package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 217. 18 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. CMOS is designed as this clock generator's input. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 155.52MHz Max. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. Clock PLL works with 3.135V~3.465V supply voltage provided. The ambient temperature should be set at 0°C~70°C, which is estimated by the test statistics. This is a clock generator compatible with LVPECL logic levels. This electronic component can be classified as a Clock Generator. Frequency generator is able to reali156MHze high efficiency when operating at a frequency of 156MHz. SONET is a possible application for the clock generators.
