RT8120AGSP Overview


With a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. For 1 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. A solid enclosure of Cut Tape (CT) surrounds pmic. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. This dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 3V~13.2V. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~85°C TA rating. Switching can be done at 300kHz with this switching controller. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Enable, Phase Control. The switching converters's terminals (s) are designed at DUAL. An array of 8 terminations of dc switching. In particular, switching converter is a type of Switching Regulator or Controllers. It is set to 85 % duty cycle to ensure voltage regulator dc to dc reliability during power-ups and power-downs.
