Capsuled in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package, the switching controller suits most application needs. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 1 outputs. The pmic is packaged in Cut Tape (CT) solid enclosure. It is capable of dealing with Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s). dc switching'sThe supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 4.75V~13.2V. Qualified to work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. This switching controller can switch at 500kHz. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. The dcdc regulator features Enable, Phase Control for efficient switching control. To ensure the reliability under power-up and power-down, the maximum duty cycle of the voltage regulator dc to dc is set as 85 %.
