RT6210GSP Overview


It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable output generated. Surface Mount-mount switching regulator. -40°C~85°C TA should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 350kHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 5.2V as an input voltage. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.8V. DC DC switching regulator's 500mA output current allows for maximum design flexibility. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 80V. Voltage can be produced at 72V volts by voltage regulator.
