REF5030AIDRG4 Overview
A handy SOIC package is used.Uses the handy Series package.The handy Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this program.Various functions terminate at 8.Voltage reference with 0.1% tolerance.The reference voltage is coupled with an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.According to the test statistics, it produces 3V voltage.In this case, it is sufficient to generate 1 outputs.The user can enter input on the Fixed form.There are 8 pins on the voltage reference ic.The temperature should be kept below 260 during the reflow soldering procedure.The voltage reference ic is settled with 8 pins.The voltage reference circuit can be used in a variety of applications as a type of Voltage References.Applications with 10mA input are suitable for the reference voltage.The reference voltage cannot produce output current greater than 10mA.The maximum output voltage is 3V.There is 3V voltage output lower than 3V from the voltage reference ic.Users should confine the voltage in accordance with the part's maximum input voltage of 18V.To supply it, a voltage of 2.7V is required.The ambient temperature should not exceed 125°C.Temperatures as low as -40°C degrees Celsius are -40°C problem for it.The output voltage is 3V.Idle parts use 800μA.The supply current is 1.2mA.For the voltage reference ic to run, it requires 3.2V voltage at least.
