A Module package is used for the safety protection of the image sensors. A voltage of 3.3V should be provided by the image sensors. In order to minimize the risk of damage to the image sensors, we will package them in the Tray. A maximum operating temperature of 70°C should be set for the image sensors. However, it is recommended that the temperature should not be lower than -30°C when image sensors are in operation.
