NE57810S,518 Description


NE57810S,518 is a type of DDR termination regulator maintaining an output voltage (DDR reference bus voltage) that is half the RAM supply voltage. It is specifically designed to provide power for the termination of a Double Data Rate (DDR) SDRAM memory bus. It can be protected from inrush currents at start-up through overcurrent limiting and it can be protected in extreme temperature situations through overtemperature shutdown.
