MPC9893AE Overview

A Clock PLL is included with the TQFP package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. As a result of this, we can find 48 terminations. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 2.5V. As the Clock PLL's input, LVCMOS is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. It provides a maximum frequency of 200MHz. It is a 48-bit IC that is designed for microprocessors specifically. The clock PLL has 48 pins that are available.
